Paul Wood

Paul Wood is an experienced Reiki teacher who trains students in a hands-on traditional way. His teaching focuses on the traditional Japanese style with emphasis on the philosophy and ideas behind Reiki.

The workshops aim at being informative yet practical with post-training support. They are divided into two parts; theory and practice. Both of these areas are interwoven with a unique, and sometimes humorous, teaching style.

Paul’s background includes studying philosophy and religion including working with people from various religious backgrounds. This allows him to work from the student’s world view and belief system in teaching Reiki whilst being true to the traditional core of Reiki.

Paul is also known for teaching the religious use of herbs in workshops around the country and is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist currently furthering his studies in this field.

These workshops are on-going. They are held at our centre at weekends in small groups of maximum four people.
