Ancestral Healing can affect individuals on a DNA level, these changes are subtle and work forward and backward on the timeline of life. There are times when we find ourselves repeating old patterns without knowledge of why and sometimes after this healing those patterns are broken because the behaviour was never really ours, but are just learned adaptations passed down through generations.Sometimes after this healing the individual doesnt feel much different, but their outlook has improved.
