Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4 days from receiving your order.
Shipping Costs vary according to weight and distance the parcel is sent to, you will know how much the postage at checkout on our website. Our preferred delivery method is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For bulkier and heavier items we use Evri Courier.

Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return via email or our contact form, under the following conditions:
Returns Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and the goods must be returned withing 14 days and your refund will be processed as soon as the return has been inspected. We would advise that you get proof of postage in case your parcel goes astray. The cost of return postage lies solely with the buyer.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Process:

- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us at Stepping Stones 97 Trafalgar Road Greenwich London SE10 9TS.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within one working day via your original payment method.
