We will not pass on or sell or in any way disclose our customers’ information or email addresses to any 3rd parties. We collect your name, surname, telephone number and email address for our records or to notify delays cancellations or re-arrangement of your appointment due to unforeseeable circumstances or for appointment reminders.

• We don’t use our customers’ email addresses to send newsletters or to compile mailing lists.
• You have the right to ask what information we have on you.
• You have the right to ask us to modify any information we have on you i.e. telephone numbers, email addresses.
• You have the right to ask us to remove any information we hold on you.

GDPR

Data collected for online bookings is kept to a minimum in the spirit of the GDPR “fair usage” rule - we only ask for what's required to fulfil your order.

Date of the user’s last visit. Expires 1 year.

tracker (Functionality)
Contains the last 5 pages viewed, encrypted for security. Typically used for form or error message returns. Expires Session

visitor_consents (Strictly Necessary)
Saves responses to Consent requests for non-logged in visitors. Expires 1 year

exp_store_cart, exp_store_cart_submit (Strictly necessary)
Saves cart information for online purchases. Expires 24 hours

We use Facebook Pixel to track how visitors use our site. All data is anonymised. All Expires 2 hours
