All prices displayed include VAT. The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.
Your cancellation rights for the services we provide
- If you have booked a service and paid in advance, you have the right to cancel the service by phone or by email providing you give us no less than 24 hour notice for readings and 48 hours for Hypnotherapy services..
- We will refund your money if we receive notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the time of booking.
- You don’t have the right to cancel a service once you have received it and no refund can be given.

We aim to provide the best possible services. If you have any complaints about your experience of using our services, please contact us.
Advance payments
For all our services we require that you pay in full at the time of booking.
No appointments can be given if not paid in advance.
Online bookings
Psychic readings booked via our online system are paid in advance by Paypal.
N.B. This is not a booking system and we cannot guarantee that the time and date you choose will be available. Once your order goes through, we let you know whether your chosen time and date is available, either by phone, by e-mail or by text.
Telephone readings
Telephone readings from abroad
When booking a Virtual Reading from abroad, whether the appointment is for the same day or for a later date, we require a full payment in advance at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the client to work out the time difference between countries, we can only provide the UK time. If we don't receive your call or the call arrives too late, the fee will be retained, no refund given, and the appointment cannot be re-allocated without another payment.
Bookings, changing or cancelling appointments
To book or change or cancel an appointment you can call us on 0208 853 2733 / 07554535415 or (07554 535415 free from landline and mobile phones in the UK only). A receptionist will be available to answer your call between 10 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Sunday (except major festivities). Or you can email us: store@steppingstonesgreenwich.co.uk.
- We require 24 hour notice of cancellation, 48 hours for Hypnotherapy appointments. If less than 24 hour notice is given, we may keep your deposit.. But whenever we are able to replace that appointment, we will give you a refund.
- However, if you paid by Paypal and cancel for not fault of own, we will charge you a fee to recover our costs. Example: (£45 – 1.61 = £43.39) / (£60 – 2.04 = £57.96) / (£80 – 2.62 = £77.38) (£160 - 4.94 = £155.06). Some credit card types may incur higher Paypal fees, you would get back exactly what we received.
- If an appointment is not attended without prior notice being given, we reserve the right to charge the full fee.
- If you arrive five or ten minutes late you might be given a shorter reading unless the Reader /Healer/Therapist has enough time in his/her schedule to give you a full reading.
- If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we are under no obligation to give you a reading, your payment may be retained, and no refund may be given.
