For all our services we require that you pay 50% of the fee as deposit, upfront at thetime of booking. That can be done over the phone by credit/debit card or you can come to the shop in advance and pay in person. If a client has previously showed to be unreliable, we will require a full payment in advance.
No appointments can be given unless a deposit is paid in advance. Alternatively, you can pay online via our website where you will be requested to pay in full.
Psychic readings booked via our online system are paid in advance by Paypal.
N.B. This is not a booking system and we cannot guarantee that the time and date you choose will be available. Once your order goes through, we let you know whether your chosen time and date is available, either by phone, by e-mail or by text.
When booking a Telephone Reading from abroad, whether the appointment is for the same day or for a later date, we require a full payment in advance at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the client to work out the time difference between countries, we can only provide the UK time. If we don't receive your call or the call arrives too late, the fee will be retained, no refund given, and the appointment cannot be re-allocated without another payment.
