This therapy usually takes 3 hours. This method of therapy allows you to access your Inner Child and release negative conditioning and traumas that may still be affecting your present life. It’s designed to reconnect to a lost part of you that may be hidden inside that still feels unloved, unworthy or unsafe. In this session a safe space is created using a state of hypnosis where the Inner Child can be invited and asked to express his/her fears and insecurities by asking questions direct at identifying the origins of these negative feelings. Once these have been identified the real healing begins and you will have the opportunity to honour this part of you by promising to nurture it and protect it from this point onwards.
