The Law of Attraction, also called The Law of Resonance, is a law of energy. It is based on the simple principle of ‘like attracts like’. Everything around us is made of energy. Our physical world, is made of energy. Even we, including our thoughts & emotions, are energy.
What this means is that whether we realize it or not, we are largely responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. A key part of understanding is that where you place your focus can have an intense impact on what happens to you. If you spend your days wallowing in regrets about the past or fears of the future, for instance, you’ll likely see more negativity appearing. But if you look for the silver lining in every experience and learn to guide your thoughts and expectations in a more positive direction, then you’ll soon start to see positivity surrounding you every day. Because our thoughts, become things. And what we continuously focus on or give our attention to, becomes our reality. Therefore, the Law of Attraction encourages you to see that you have the freedom to consciously take control of how your future develops, shaping it in the ways you choose.
Many people who are familiar with the LOA understand it on a theoretical basis. Perhaps you have read “The Secret” or have studied the Abraham-Hicks material, but then get stuck in the practical application of these laws in everyday life. “I’m doing all of this work, but why is it not working for me? Why is my desire still not showing up? Why are my circumstances still not improving?” Together, we will attempt to get to the bottom of these questions and explore what you’re doing with your energy (ie your thoughts & emotions) that may be getting in the way of your own desires and happiness.
Examples of what can hinder your desires from manifesting:
During this workshop we will learn what The Law of Attraction is, how to identify and define our desires with clarity, we will look at what we do with our energy that may be getting in the way of manifestation and, finally, we will learn tools to help us align with our desires and turn the LOA theory into everyday practice. So that we learn to shape our future more consciously and deliberately, instead of merely responding to outer circumstance… whilst choosing happiness every step along the way!
Workshop 1 is an introduction to the LOA teachings, with a combination of LOA theory and practical exercises. Workshop 2 is a follow-on from workshop 1, with more focus on practical exercises and a deeper understanding of the LOA principles. Both include a powerful Chakra-Cleansing Sound Meditation to help us raise our vibrations and align with our goals and desires.
Suitable for first-timers or those wanting to refresh their practice. No previous experience required.
