Shamanic Power Retrieval

Power retrieval works on the basis that power can be lost to you during stressful situations, illness, or simply during the day-to-day wear and tear of living in the modern world.  Power loss leaves our energy depleted, you may be less creative, more prone to anxiety, less able to take risks and more susceptible to illness.  During your session I undertake a shamanic drum journey to find the power that you have lost, this is then returned to you in the form of a power animal.
