I had my first Reiki healing session today with Raffaella, it was very relaxing and I felt at peace and in tune with my body. I am looking forward to my next session. I have been practicing holistic complementary therapies since 1995 and have developed numerous skills that have proven invaluable in treating physical conditions such as stress and muscle tension but also mental states such as depression and anxiety through combining different massage techniques to suit the individual together with the use of aromatic essential oils.

I have been a reflexologist since 2001 and have successfully used it to treat all sort of physical conditions, but I have specialized in reflexology for pregnancy, pre-natal and post-natal care and also infertility.

I practice Reiki healing too and it comes natural to me to incorporate it in all my treatments. Reiki enhances all other forms of healing and I believe that whenever there is physical tension, pain or mental stress our spirit too is in need of care.
