Leigh Blyth

I started studying martial arts in 1991 which evolved into a fascination with movement, health and most of all energy. After practicing tai chi for a while and experiencing the extraordinary health benefits it brings, I was drawn to study bodywork in particular Shiatsu so I could share these benefits with others. After Shiatsu, I continued to deepen and widen my understanding of health and disease. I Studied Thai Massage in Thailand, Cosmic Healing, Chi Nei Tsang, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue to name but a few.

I am now a fully qualified practitioner of Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue and Cosmic Healing. Along the way an interest in the link between mind and body therapies took me to study Contemporary Psychotherapy and NLP and I am now a Master Practitioner.

To develop my personal practice further I began training with Master Mantak Chia, a world renowned Taoist Master. I am now a Certified Instructor of the Universal Healing Tao teaching Qigong, meditation and Tai Chi.
