Elizabeth Martin has been interested in massage as a method of stress relief, health improvement and improvement well being for many years.

She has trained in advanced deep tissue massage techniques. She likes to work with clients as individuals, focus on their particular problem areas and to relieve tension, remove knots and adhesions and help clients feel better.

She has trained in lymphatic drainage which helps the body clear blockages elimate waste, reducing excess fluid and assisting with weight loss. It can be particularly helpful in improving the appearance of the face rejuvenating collagen fibres and slowing the aging process.

She is also qualified in pregnancy massage and enjoys working with expectant mothers to help them through this exciting and challenging period of their lives.

She is currently training in psychotherapy and wishes to further study the connection between body and mind.
